Description

As the Karachagnak field expands in all directions BKKS has been involved in numerous well hook-up. The workscopes include:
Topsoil stripping and reinstatement, technical and biological re-cultivation
Construction of access roads.
Excavation of trenches for flowline and cables.
Horizontal drilling across roads and water courses.
Welding and hydro-insulation of underground flowline.

 
Prefabrication of piping spools, and metal supports.
Pouring of monolithic slabs.
Installation of platforms.
Installation of transformer substation, area lighting, power distribution, RTU panels and Well head control panels.
Hydrostatic Testing of all lines and instrument tubing.

 
Installation of Instrument control systems and F&G system.
Area reinstatement,
Full commissioning and document control.
