Description
Due to the westward expansion of the field it was necessary to install a new RMS to cope with future infields requirements. The project consisted of:
- Flowline 3x 10” Trunk lines totaling 15km
- New remote manifold station (RMS) “Y”
- Karachagnak Processing Complex area 190 (Shutdown and Non-Shutdown) tie-ins
This was a medium sized project with in excess of 80,000m3 of imported soil, layered and compacted. More than 500m3 of monolithic concrete slab poured.
1.2km of New road construction.
1.5km of overhead line installed and hookup to transformer substation.
Installation of Corrosion and Wax inhibitor packages and there hook-up.
Prefabrication and installation of foundations, structural steel and supports.
Pressure testing and preservation of valves.
Utility installation.
Vendor mobilization.
Full E&I Scope including testing and commissioning.
Total Man Hours expended on the project 827,724.
